Mike's Garden is a Christian not-for-profit and our mission is to grow food for those in need and offer training, volunteering, education & experience, to students and individuals with special needs/disabilities by selling farm products, courses, taking pledges/donations.

What We Do
Mike's Garden is a Christian, volunteer organization that grows food for those in need while offering free, community-based learning/leisure, and job training opportunities to students and individuals with special needs at our state-of-the-art aquaponic greenhouse facility.
This teaching mission, located in the Hamilton/Burlington area, serves to benefit the comunity by offering a conscientious alternative to factory farmed/processed food while supporting and caring for others.
We also offer unique courses and volunteer opportunities to pledgers whose giving and generosity help us grow our crops and community. Our food, grown locally by students and volunteers, is never-sprayed, environmentally friendly, cut-to-order and delivered fresh for optimum flavour and nutritional value.
The Greenhouse
Located in Burlington Ontario, our hydroponic/acquaponic greenhouse facility grows the majority of our salad greens from December-June. Mike personally instructs and trains qualified individuals with special needs/disabilities, providing them with the skills they need to provide out customers with a premium quality end product. You can really taste the difference that care makes.
The Farm & Garden
With two locations and access to 40 acres bordering forested conservation, our passion for nature, husbandry, and sharing all that God offers from His land gives our organization plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, share, and care. Our diverse gardens are home to both food crops and landscaped designs.
