Winter Update, Grand Opening Sale, and BBQ Fundraiser Success!

We've been busy in the garden since the sub-zero temperatures rolled in, making sure to get every bit of our harvest to share! This year the timing has conveniently lined up so that our last fall harvest and first winter harvest arrived together, adding to what we have available starting this Saturday, November 30.

Spinach $9 - approx 140g

Basil $9 - Genovese, Thai, or Mix of both

Lemongrass $5 - fresh, cut in 7" lengths

Pink Radish $4 - (bag of 4-8)

White Diakon Radish $4 - (bag of 4-8)

Green Peppers $8 - (bag of 4-8)

Honey $25- local, organic, raw, unpasteurized, 1kg.

Maple Syrup $9 - 250ml, $14- 500ml, local, 100% pure, grade A Ontario.

Jams/Jellies $9 - local, handcrafted, premium quality.

Available Flavours: strawberry, raspberry, wild blueberry, black currant, red currant, strawberry rhubarb, pear, mystery (mixed berry & fruit), sweet OR hot pepper jelly.

Local Delivery Only- $8/delivery.

Free Pickup: Hamilton ON L8K 4M6 - by appointment only, 7days/week, no walk-ins.

Volunteer Appreciation BBQ & Fundraiser Success!

Our end-of-summer BBQ fundraiser was a huge success! We had an amazing turnout of 60+ guests who enjoyed the activities, games, prizes, and outdoor fun, helping us exceed our fundraising goal of $1500, reaching a grand total of $1538.00 in donations. We put that money straight to work and made some key infrastructure improvements to our fish waste-water recovery system as well as purchasing much needed supplies such as: pruners, nutrients, grow media, new scales & metres, food packaging, etc. Thanks to all of our supporters, pledgors, volunteers & directors who joined to "make the world a better place, one salad at a time!"
